TURNAROUND TIME:

Orders received Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and subject to product availability, are processed the next business day.

Orders received on Saturday and/or Sunday are processed the following Monday.

Upon successful shipment, we will send you an automatic email alert with the corresponding tracking number, to track the status of your shipment by clicking on the following link https://www.gls-italy.com

DELIVERY TIME
NORTH CENTRAL ITALY: 24 hours
SOUTH CENTRAL ITALY: 24/48 hours
SARDINIA AND MINOR ISLANDS: 48/72 hours
( Sardinia -Sicily -Venice -minor islands and mountain locations that are difficult to reach)

SHIPPING RATE (depending on the amount of the order):

N.B. MISSED APPOINTMENT WITH THE COURIER COMPANY

Our Customer Care Team will contact you to schedule a new delivery date. 

If you are not available for the new agreed date, you can pick up your order free of charge within 3 days at your nearest Gls location.

After the 3 days have passed, the package will return to our warehouse and the order will be cancelled.
