HERE'S HOW YOU CAN MAKE YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR PRODUCT
Pursuant to and in accordance with Art. 64 et seq. D. Lgs. n.206/05 you may exercise the right of withdrawal, without penalty and without specifying the reason.
HERE IS THE PROCEDURE TO FOLLOW IN CASE OF RETURN

Arrange, with a courier of your choice, to ship the product to Dremar Parfum International Srl - Via Boscofangone snc - Interporto Campano Lotto D1 - Forms 235/236 80035 Nola (NA). We recommend that you pack it carefully in the original packaging, including inside it the copy of the form that you will receive from our Customer Care Team via email.
We will provide a refund including the initial shipping cost within 30 days of receiving the goods.
Shipping costs incurred in returning products will not be refunded.
Remember that, it will not be possible to apply the right of withdrawal if the returned product is not intact, meaning any damage not due to transport (lack of original packaging, absence of integral parts of the product, etc.).
